Remon Vos founded CTP in 1998 with Eddy Maas and Johan Brakema. During the last 20+ years, Remon has grown CTP to become Europe’s largest owner, developer and manager of industrial and logistics space by leasable area, and the only developer in the region with its entire portfolio BREEAM certified.
In the course of the takeover by CTP, Remon took over the role as Chairman of the Board of Deutsche Industrie Grundbesitz. He remains involved at both executive and operational levels, working closely with our German team to oversee the management as well as drive growth and expansion of the portfolio.
Richard Wilkinson
CFO
As Group CFO of CTP, Richard Wilkinson is responsible for the financing of the entire group portfolio throughout CEE and Germany. With several others, Richard Wilkinson oversaw the first sale of a portion of CTP’s portfolio to a 3rd party, organised the largest industrial real estate refinancing in CEE history, and lead CTP’s debut green bond – largest inaugural in CEE Real Estate.
